Job Description:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and
provide information about our real estate services and properties to generate
leads.
2. Communicate effectively, both in English and Kannada,
to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
3. Handle incoming calls from customers, address their
queries, and provide detailed explanations on property features, pricing, and
terms.
4. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to
convert leads into confirmed appointments for site visits or property bookings.
5. Keep accurate records of all telephonic
interactions, including customer details, feedback, and follow-up dates, using
our CRM software.
6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure
seamless communication and timely follow-up on leads, resulting in improved
conversion rates.
7. Proactively identify opportunities for
cross-selling and upselling, while maintaining a customer-centric approach and
adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecalling executive or in a
similar role.
- Proficient in English and Kannada, with excellent
spoken communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to learn and understand the real estate
market and our company's offerings.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in
using MS Office tools.
- Result-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
