Jobbeku strictly prohibits taking money from workers under any pretext: application fees, interview tokens, security deposits, or uniform charges. Any employer found asking for money is permanently blacklisted and reported to Karnataka Police cybercrime authorities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Jobbeku (referred to as "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Jobbeku Technologies Pvt Ltd, Basaveshwar Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka. By accessing, browsing, or using this website, generating candidate bio cards, applying for vacancies, or posting employment opportunities, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or utilize the services provided on this platform. We reserve the right to revise, modify, or update these terms at any time with notification through our website.

2. Candidate Rights & 100% Zero-Fee Guarantee

All services offered to job seekers and candidates on Jobbeku are 100% free of charge:

  • Candidates are never required to pay for creating profiles, generating WhatsApp Bio Cards, or applying for job openings.
  • Employers and recruitment representatives contacted through this platform are strictly forbidden from demanding money for job processing, uniform fees, security deposits, or interview scheduling.
  • Candidates must provide authentic, accurate personal and work-related details (valid Aadhaar name, mobile number, trade skills, and driving license status if applying for transport/delivery roles).

3. Employer Verification & Hiring Code of Conduct

Employers posting vacancies on Jobbeku must adhere to rigorous corporate compliance guidelines:

Mandatory Employer Obligations:
  1. Valid business registration (GSTIN, Shops & Establishment Certificate, or MSME Udyam).
  2. Adherence to Karnataka Minimum Wages notifications for scheduled employments.
  3. Statutory Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance (ESIC) enrollment where legally applicable.
  4. Safe working conditions, reasonable shift limits (8–9 hours), and statutory overtime compensation.
  5. Timely monthly payroll disbursement without arbitrary deductions or withholding of wages.

4. Anti-Broker Enforcement & Whistleblower Policy

Unauthorized third-party agents, brokers, and fraudulent consultancies are strictly barred from Jobbeku:

If an individual or agency uses our listings to demand money from candidates, Jobbeku will:

  • Immediately freeze the associated account and blacklist the employer.
  • Share transaction phone numbers and call recordings with the Karnataka Cyber Crime Cell.
  • Publish employer name in our public Vigilance Notice Registry.

5. Job Listing Quality Standards

All postings must provide truthful and transparent specifications:

  • Clear job title, physical interview venue address, and primary working location in Karnataka.
  • Accurate salary slab (minimum and maximum gross and take-home amounts in Indian Rupees).
  • Zero false promises regarding overtime, accommodation, or food subsidies.
  • No discriminatory criteria based on caste, religion, gender, or community background.

6. Account Suspension & Fraud Disqualification

Jobbeku reserves the unilateral right to remove any listing, ban any mobile phone number, or suspend any corporate entity without notice if suspected of fraudulent recruitment, worker harassment, or misrepresentation of job details.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

The trademarks, logo graphics, design system, digital bio card formats, and platform code are the exclusive intellectual property of Jobbeku Technologies Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized scraping, commercial syndication, or redistribution of our dataset is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to the usage of Jobbeku shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
